在盎格魯撒克遜古城Winchester參觀漢普郡皇家軍團博物館，驚見緬甸最後一任國王錫袍(Thibaw Min) 的木質頭顱，蓋當時緬甸被英軍控制，英軍覆刻頭型紀念云云。19世紀末因爲大英帝國的殖民介入，緬甸王朝瓦解，皇族飄零客死異鄉，直到2012年當屆緬甸首相對末任公主的墳墓致敬，才開始在世界政治中重新配置歷史的話語權。
